MEET OUR FOUNDER

Izabella Frezzo – New Jersey State Champion, Collegiate Wrestling Champion and Jiu-Jitsu brown belt. The first ever wrestling state champion from Becton Regional High School and current wrestler at the collegiate level as a ranked athlete at New Jersey City University, Izabella Frezzo has been breaking barriers every step of the way. Now, as a coach, she’s bringing her expertise, passion, and winning mindset to the next generation of wrestlers.
